The one-way fare is US$8,450 for each person. Your dog or cat flies in the passenger cabin with you, and the fare includes the permitted pet allocation, up to 30 kg of checked luggage in two suitcases, one small personal item and planned vegetarian or vegan hospitality. Optional pet Documentation Support is AED 2,500 per pet for your one-way route; vet visits, tests and local transport remain separate.

Yes. Buddy Air welcomes large dogs beside their people rather than in the hold. There is no 25 kg limit for a single dog; the 25 kg rule matters only if you are bringing two pets on one passenger allocation. Share your dog's size and weight when you book so we can plan an appropriate place in the cabin, and bring a harness, short lead and suitable muzzle for use if needed.

Let us know in writing as soon as you can. If you cancel, a refund becomes available only when Buddy Air resells your seat; cancelling early by itself does not guarantee one. If Buddy Air cannot confirm the flight because the linked service has too few bookings, you can instead choose a full refund or an available alternative flight. Refunds due are normally processed in 7 to 10 working days after the amount and payment details are verified.

Yes. Choose a published flight and submit the online booking form as a guest or with your account. For a standard request we send an invoice; cleared payment followed by written Booking Confirmation secures your seat. The linked shared-charter service receives Flight Confirmation separately, no later than 30 days before departure. If it cannot be confirmed because the booking requirement was not met, you can choose a full refund or an available alternative Buddy Air flight.
